Physics Lab

Physics is that branch of science where experimentation is an integral part of the core subject. Physics laboratory is equipped with modern equipments to help the students learn the concepts of Physics with experiments. It is designed to give practice of taking measurements, analysing data and drawing inferences while the students experiment.
The Flat-topped tables used as student’s workstations allow multiple arrangements and combinations for laboratory work and small-group activities. The equipment ranges from the commonly found lens, magnet, beam balance, spring balance, Vernier callipers, screw gauge, glass prism to the advanced apparatus like voltmeter, ammeter and resistors spectrometers etc.

Experiments carried out in Physics laboratories help students in learning how to be patient and careful while taking observation and hitherto calculating inference.

Biology Lab

Biology Laboratory is planned to meet the demands of the advancement in science and technology. The laboratory apparatus ranges from simple slides, test-tube, Petri dishes to the composite microscopes of varying powers to observe samples and organisms closely.

They are high-powered, extremely expensive, and sensitive pieces of equipments that can make even the smallest part of a single cell seem clear. 
Besides the aforesaid, the laboratory also has charts, models and specimens meant for demonstrations. A comfortable environment with adequate and appropriate facilities has been provided in the lab.

Chemistry Lab

The avant-garde Chemistry Laboratory provides a platform for the students to nurture the budding scientist within them. At every stage in life, we are connected to different aspects of chemistry directly or indirectly. It encircles a variety of fields –agriculture, food, medicine, fertilizers, polymers, metals etc. Thus, the knowledge of chemistry is useful in different aspects of human life.

The Lab is provided with the state- of- the art devices like- fume hood, distillation unit, electronic weighing machine, Bunsen burners, beakers and flasks, concealed gas line and the safety devices such as fire fighting equipment, first aid kit etc. The acids and other reactive chemicals are stored in separate locked cupboards as a precautionary measure.

The students are provided with separate workstations with individual burners and plug points. The apparatus includes the common place strikers, mortar and pestle, clay triangles, watch glasses, crucibles, crucible tongs, chemical spoon, stirring rods, filter funnels and a variety of stoppers.

Computer Lab

A well-equipped computer lab is the nerve centre of computer education in the school to keep pace with the fast changing and updating IT scenario. There are three Computer Laboratories in the school with advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software to cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum.

They are exclusive and equipped with computers and accessories in tune with the latest technologies where computer education is provided to all the students. The entire campus is networked and INTRANET & INTERNET facilities are provided for various tasks pertaining to the daily routine.
Computer science is an optional subject for classes XI & XII. The students of these classes are taught Coding,  Artificial intelligence, Computer Hardware and Data Structures.

Library

Library, the hub of peaceful learning and exploration, research and application is well stocked with old and new books. Teachers and students seek refuge to assimilate information and learn and upgrade themselves through the abundance of books and periodicals, magazines and journals.

It is generously financed each year so that students may have reference books of standard authors and miscellaneous books ready at their disposal, likely to encourage the habit of judicious reading in our pupils. We have an effective school library with more than 2000 books. This enriches the student’s reading experiences and develops independent reading skills from grade I to XII.

Transportation

To commute the students from various parts of the city the school is facilitated with 10 buses. Each bus is assisted by a lady staff along with the driver. The transportation facility is provided to the students from Pre- Kg to grade XII. 

Play Ground

The school aims at all round development of the students and encourages outdoor sports activities which develop their leadership skills. These activities enhance endurance, sporting spirit and integrate mind, body and soul to motivate sportsmanship.

The school playground provides a safe environment within the campus that stimulates children to use their energy in healthy interaction with one another. School playground and school playtime are vitally important to children for fun and relaxation as well as for their good health and well-being. It impacts every developmental aspect of a child’s life holistically and with multifaceted ways. 

Basketball Court
The school takes pride in providing adequate facility to play basketball in a well cemented, safe and a tidy play area for the students. We are equipped with two basketball courts.

Badminton Court
The school has one indoor court and four outdoor courts to train the students. The peaceful environment helps the players to build up the focus on the game. Volleyball Court: The school provides a court to enjoy the game. It embodies vigorous physical exercise and coordinates reflex actions of the body.

Cricket Pitch
The school encourages the students by giving ample opportunity to excel in the game. It offers net practice and schedules the matches often for the students.

Kids Play Area
The Play Area provides crucial and vital opportunities for children to play helping them to develop emotional, social, motor and cognitive skills.

Outdoor Play area
We have a fully fenced outdoor play area with tall shady trees. The area is also provided with swings, See-Saw, sand pits, dig patch and shaded play space. Indoor Play area: We have a spacious indoor play area with brightly coloured walls and all kind of equipments for the little ones to learn in a lively atmosphere.

Infirmary

The school pays special attention to health and sanitation of the students. There is an infirmary manned with two nurses, beds and oxygen kit for provision of basic first aid. Students who suddenly fall ill or are accidentally injured in the school campus seek refuge here and are given first aid. In case of an emergency, appropriate measures are taken by approaching the best hospitals in the vicinity and immediately notifying the parents. Records of all medication administered within the school, are safely kept and reviewed on regular basis.
